一种防止弯曲件扭曲变形的成形工艺及模具设计

【摘要】分析了接插式组合触片的结构特点及其冲压成形时的扭曲变形问题，叙述了该触片
精密级进模的冲压工艺、排样设计和模具结构，并给出了解决扭曲变形的措施。

Forming Process and Die Design of Prevent the Bending Part Distortion
【Abstract】The structural characteristics of a plug conbined contact chip and the problem of its
torsional deformation during punch forming were analyzed. The stamping process, layout design
and die structure of the contact chip’s precise progressive die were presented. and the measure to
solve the problem of torsional deformation was proposed.
