【摘要】分析了精密垫片的冲压工艺性, 介绍了精密垫片的精冲工艺和精冲压力的计算以及
在普通冲床上实现精密冲裁的精冲复合模的设计。对此类零件的精密冲裁
模具设计有一定
的参考价值。

Precise Blanking Technology and Design of the Precise Blanking Die
【Abstract】Analyzed stamping process of the precision pads, and introduced precision blanking
technology, the calculation of the pressure of the precision pads, and precision blanking compound
die design which make fine blanking achieve on the common press. It has a certain reference value
for similar precision blanking die design.
